Ms. Liebl is an accomplished music educator dedicated to nurturing the musical talents of young minds and fostering a love for music in the hearts of her students. Having earned her Bachelor's of Music in Music Education from Kennesaw State University, Ms. Liebl is currently pursuing a Masters of Music in Music Education at Georgia College and State University. Her commitment to continuous learning is a testament to her dedication to staying at the forefront of music education practices, ensuring the best possible experiences for her students.

 

Ms. Liebl's musical journey extends beyond the classroom as she actively contributes to the vibrant musical community. Currently, she lends her talents to the wind band Tara Winds, showcasing her talents as a musician and maintaining a strong connection with the professional music scene.

 

As the Band Director at Hilsman Middle School in Athens, Georgia, she creates a transformative approach to music education. Her vision goes beyond notes and scales; it revolves around creating an inclusive environment where every student, regardless of gender, race, ability, or social class, can find success in the music classroom. Ms. Liebl's mission is deeply rooted in empowering her students. Her goal is to guide them toward discovering their passion and path in education, instilling confidence and strengthening their musical skills along the way. Through innovative teaching methods and a commitment to diversity, she strives to prepare her students for post-secondary opportunities, ensuring they are well-equipped for the challenges and joys that lie ahead. As a music educator, she not only imparts knowledge but also inspires the next generation, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of her students.
